Third Event

The 3rd Iranian Geometry Olympiad was held on the September 8th, 2016 in Iran and 30 other countries simultaneously with about 2500 contestants, whereby 694 participants in 8th and 9th grade took the elementary level, 937 participants in 10th grade took the intermediate level, and finally, 851 participants in 11th grade and above took the advanced level. Furthermore, there was a free level with no age limits and pre-requirements which included the same questions as the advanced level. This competition provided many geometry lovers with a great opportunity to gather together individually in their own countries besides testing their geometry skills.
Moreover, Gold, Silver and Bronze ruler certificates were awarded by the Committee.
